直到第三代本田Integra，才真正打响名声，并且首次推出了Type-R型号，便是世人熟知的DC2。根据海内外市场的区别，第三代车头造型分两款，分别是四圆灯和长条灯。
发动机使用的是B18系列，基础版拥有144匹马力，Si版本拥有170匹。最厉害的当然是Type-R版本，拥有200匹马力
