网上车上获得了北京现代第十一代索纳塔的实拍图和部分配置信息：新车前脸换装大尺寸六边形进气格栅，内部进行熏黑处理，并采用分体式前大灯组，搭配贯穿式LED日间行车灯。新索纳塔长宽高分别为4945×1860×1445mm，轴距为2875mm，较现款车型有所下调。
第十一代索纳塔继续搭载1.5T或2.0T发动机，并匹配7挡双离合变速箱或8挡自动变速箱，前者最大功率为125kW，后者最大功率为184kW。
