众泰汽车（000980.SZ）近日发布业绩预告，预计2025年归属于上市公司股东的净利润将亏损2.81亿元至4.17亿元，较2024年同期亏损10亿元有所收窄。公司表示，业绩亏损主要由于整车业务受历史遗留问题影响，目前基本处于停工状态。尽管如此，为维持公司基本运营架构并推进复工复产，仍需持续承担管理费用、财务费用等刚性固定支出。
