小鹏汽车（09868.HK）宣布，自2026年4月1日起，公司中文名称将由“小鹏汽车有限公司”变更为“小鹏集团”，英文名称“XPengInc.”保持不变。同时，自当日早上9时起，其在香港联交所主板上市的A类普通股中文股份简称将由“小鹏汽车–W”更改为“小鹏集团–W”。此次更名仅涉及中文名称及股票简称，不影响公司业务运营及英文标识。
