目前，超过90%的主流汽车制造商已采用硬件预埋、软件付费解锁的商业模式。车辆在出厂时普遍标配激光雷达、高算力芯片和高性能传感器等硬件，但相关高阶功能通过软件锁定，用户需通过按月或按年订阅，或一次性买断的方式，方可解锁智能驾驶、智能座舱、传感器功能，甚至包括座椅加热等配置。
