4月11日，智能电动汽车发展高层论坛（2026）在京召开。靳玉志出席论坛并指出：2026年是全球自动驾驶开启的元年，L3是走向完全自动驾驶的必经之路。他表示，要走好L3路径，安全性需要用公开数据量化、用户角色转变需要时间适应、监管体系建设需要经验积累。
