日本半导体公司ABLIC正在扩展其面向汽车电子控制单元（ECU）的48V电源产品组合，旨在解决始终开启的ECU中微安级待机电流问题。作为该扩展的第一步，公司推出了S-19230/1系列低压差线性稳压器（LDO），这是其首个针对48V辅助电池应用的产品线。
