当地时间6月25日，StellantisNV与日产汽车公司正在就收购马瑞利的部分资产进行洽谈。马瑞利目前处于破产重组阶段。知情人士表示，Stellantis正讨论收购马瑞利在意大利及其他国家的悬架业务，而日产则考虑收购其在日本的内饰座舱资产。
