上汽集团于2026年7月20日收到控股股东上海汽车工业（集团）总公司出具的承诺函，后者承诺自该日起6个月内，不以任何方式减持其持有的上汽集团股份，包括因公司资本公积转增股本、派送股票红利等事项所获得的新增股份。
