广汽集团于8月3日发布公告称，董事会已审议通过《关于公司申请注册发行债务融资工具的议案》。公司拟向中国银行间市场交易商协会申请统一注册并发行本金总额不超过150亿元（含150亿元）的债务融资工具（PDFI），以拓宽融资渠道、优化债务结构、降低融资成本，并满足生产经营所需资金。
