支付公司Stripe已达成协议，以超过70亿美元的价格收购AI基础设施初创公司OpenRouter。OpenRouter成立于2023年，总部位于美国，其平台为用户提供统一接口，支持在400多种AI模型中按需选择和调用，避免对单一模型或供应商的依赖。截至交易宣布时，OpenRouter全球用户数达800万。该公司于2024年5月完成1.13亿美元B轮融资，投后估值约13亿美元，投资方包括红杉资本、AndreessenHorowitz、MenloVentures及Alphabet旗下CapitalG。此次收购价约为其上轮融资估值的5倍。
