【网通社快报】小米发布国内首款3nm智驾芯片玄戒D100，明年商用
8月24日，小米正式发布国内首款3nm智驾高算力AI芯片玄戒D100。该芯片已完成研发，计划于明年正式商用。玄戒D100采用3nm工艺，配备20核高性能CPU和16核高算力NPU，最高支持160GB统一内存，可本地部署200B参数量的超大模型。
