8月27日，PerplexityAI宣布推出PortableComputer，作为其多模型编排智能体数字员工PerplexityComputer的本地化版本。该产品旨在实现私密工作流，仅在需要时调用云端算力，以保护用户隐私和数据安全。PortableComputer搭载Qwen3.8-27B或经PerplexityAI后训练的PPLX-27B模型，并正在开发经微调的Nemotron-3.5-Lightning变体以实现超快速响应。该产品将率先支持运行Linux操作系统的DGXSpark设备，对Windows操作系统及GeForceRTX/RTXPro独立显卡PC的支持将随后推出。
