9月10日，江铃汽车（000550）公告称，公司董事会近日收到执行副总裁衷俊华提交的辞职申请。因组织安排调任江铃汽车集团有限公司党委副书记、总经理、董事，衷俊华申请辞去公司执行副总裁职务。辞职后，衷俊华将继续在江铃汽车担任董事职务。
