有关部门于2025年底启动国内动力电池、储能电池产能和利用率摸底排查，自2026年5月中旬起暂缓国内新建动力电池、储能电池项目建设。2026年5月前已获项目建设所需环评、能评等系列手续的锂电池项目不受影响。2026年底将根据考核结果，对产能利用率较高的企业获批下一阶段的电池项目建设资格。
