【网通社快报】福田汽车拟以15.16亿元向关联方转让密云工厂378项资产
9月11日，福田汽车（600166）公告称，公司拟以非公开协议方式向关联方北京新能源汽车股份有限公司北京分公司转让密云工厂土地使用权、厂房、机器设备、设施等相关资产共计378项，交易价格为15.16亿元（含税）。
