广汽集团全天停牌，官方回应：收市后将发布重要公告
凤凰网汽车讯 9月14日早，上交所停复牌信息显示，广汽集团（601238.SH）因重要事项未公告，9月14日全天停牌。
据报道，广汽集团工作人员回应称：“停牌是今天上午紧急发生的，因为今天收市后将发布一个重要公告，但具体时间待定，公告内容暂时无法透露。”
此前有市场消息称，一汽集团正在推进入股广汽集团，双方正在就“持股联营”或战略重组计划展开探讨。对此消息，广汽集团并未回应。
