【网通社快报】安森美发布嵌入式电源平台EPP
安森美（onsemi）发布嵌入式电源平台（EmbeddedPowerPlatform，EPP）。该平台直接利用硅晶圆本身作为封装基底，为电源系统设计引入集成方法。EPP作为一个可扩展平台，将电气、机械和热设计结合，应用于人工智能（AI）、电气化及自动驾驶领域。安森美总裁兼首席执行官HassaneEl-Khoury表示，EPP将硅本身纳入系统架构之中，将半导体技术、制造工艺与系统级优化整合于一个通用架构内。
