9月23日，众泰汽车（000980）公告称，公司于近日收到江苏省南京江北新区人民法院应诉通知书。深圳欣锦贸易有限公司因合同纠纷对众泰汽车提起诉讼，涉案金额1540万元。该案尚未开庭审理。
