2026年9月29日，中国第一汽车集团有限公司与广州汽车工业集团有限公司正式签署战略合作框架协议。双方将依托资产资本联动，推动产业资源跨区域协同。2026年9月28日，广汽集团公告称，拟通过发行股份的方式购买一汽丰田汽车有限公司50%的股权，并拟向不超过35名符合条件的特定对象发行股份募集配套资金。广汽集团股票于2026年9月29日开市起复牌。
